NEVER view the SUN directly, even during a partial eclipse and especially not through sunglasses, photographic films, slides, x-rays, etc… It is strongly advised using glasses for solar eclipses which are certified “CE” by an approved laboratory empowered to carry out the test of conformity relating to personal protective equipment. These are appropriately certified for the European Standard for personal eye equipment (EN 1836:2005+A1:2007)
